Having served the residents of Daventry on Daventry District Council, I was elected to represent the people of Daventry, by the people of Daventry East Ward, into the new West Northants Unitary Council in May 2021.
As well as working a full-time job in Crick, as a Clerk for a massive retail company, I participate at Full Council; I serve WNC residents upon the Planning Committee (as Deputy Chair) and the Pensions Committee; and I represent WNC as a Trustee of Citizens Advice Daventry District and at Northamptonshire Action with Communities in Rural England.
As well as being available to residents by phone and by email, I can often be found litter picking around the Town with my Wombles vest on, and/or walking the streets in my High Viz’ jacket, Spirit level, tape measure and phone in hand, photoing potholes and/or shrubbery for reporting and chasing up on Fix-My-Street, or I can be found at organised local events, whenever I can.
