Cllr Kevin Parker

I was elected to Daventry District Council in 2014 and served on numerous committees until 2021 when I was elected to WNC serving the Brixworth Ward.

I was appointed Chair Of Planning (Daventry) in 2021 a position I held until reorganisation of WNC Planning function in 2023, I am now Vice Chair of Strategic Planning. In addition to other committees I serve on I was appointed as an Assistant Cabinet member for Finance which involves budget control and budget setting.

I served as a Brixworth Parish Councillor for 12 Years and during this time I was involved in the Neighbourhood Plan and the new surgery which was much needed for the residents. One of my main aims last year was to improve communication with Parishes and I am pleased the monthly newsletter has been established along with the E-Newsletter via the App. The first West Life magazine has just been published which will be distributed to all households, this will be published twice per year.

I continue to resolve issues with Parish Councils and residents and represent WNC on four charities
